• Corporate contact details: your name, work email, company name, website and the messages you send us.
• Usage data: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, which collects information such as pages viewed and device type.

How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver requested resources, provide our services, operate the client portal and improve the site. Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through our email service provider.

M&A Data Confidentiality

Company financials, add-backs and deal metrics entered into Trajectory tools or shared during an engagement are treated with institutional confidentiality. We never sell this data, never share it with third parties except service providers needed to operate our services, and never use it to train public AI models without your consent.

Security & Encryption

Our data is hosted with SOC 2 audited infrastructure providers. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and encrypted at rest. Access to client data is limited to the people who need it to serve you.
